Evaluation of Results:
After the intervention has been selected, and after it is implemented in the desire to reduce or eliminate the root cause(s), we measure the actual process and compare it to our ideal state. If a gap still exists, we can modify the implementation or any other step in the process leading up to the implementation. If the gap is reduced satisfactorily or eliminated, a report on the HPI process should be produced. documenting the business goals achieved.
