Welcome to the Training and Performance Improvement WIKI

Who is our audience? First, current and former T & PI students from the College of Education at Capella University are welcome. But, there are others as well. There are definitely IDOL learners who share a very close interest with our type of work. There are also Professional Studies students who fall into the same category. In general, any Capella student or alumni with a interest in the T & PI profession is welcome to join. Just ask. Finally, we hope this WIKI will be of value to all T&PI professionals, whether you call your T&PI, or HPT, HRD, PHR, SPHR, T&D, CPLP, or any others.

What we are not! We are not an official extension of Capella University. We are students, current and former, at Capella. But, we receive no formal support from Capella. Hopefully, they like what we are doing. We are certainly passionate learners, who are proud to announce our connection to Capella.
